Encourages technological and scientific development in Brazil and is the largest computing society in South America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration fees for SBGames are listed below. We emphasize that students and professionals who are not members of SBC or ACM can join (or renew the membership) of SBC in the in the registration process, or ACM previous to registration. Signing up with combo SBC membership is the less expensive option for non-SBC or ACM members, besides we also encourage to join ACM, which is a little more expensive but will give you discount as well. Check out the benefits of joining SBC<\/a><\/strong> or ACM<\/a><\/strong>. Notice that combo (or solely) registrations for also participating in SIBGRAPI also gives discount for IEEE members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Registered participants will get a certificate and will also have access to all sessions of the event and the proceedings of the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checking the Chosen Category<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the time of registration in the ECOS system, for categories that need some type of proof, the upload that certifies the chosen category will be required. Verification of this document can take up to 2 business day. Therefore, we suggest that, in order to prevent any inconvenience, participants should avoid last-minute registration (e.g. in the last day of the registration period). Only after validation by the SBC team, payment methods will be released. The registrant will receive informative emails in all stages of the registration in SBGames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registrations without discount can be made until the last day of the event.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration for authors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For publications accepted in the Computing track, at least 1 (one) author must be registered as “Professional”<\/strong> and have paid the article publication fee. For the other tracks<\/strong>, it is necessary that only one author must be registered, regardless of its category<\/strong>, and have paid the article publication fee. Further, all presenting authors need to be registered<\/strong> to the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Publication Fee<\/strong> for the SBGames Computing track<\/strong> is R$180.00 (a single payment per article).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Publication Fee<\/strong> on other SBGames tracks<\/strong> is R$90.00 (a single payment per article).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forms of Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Registration payment can be made by bank slip (“boleto banc\u00e1rio”), credit card, debit in Banco do Brasil account, commitment note, and billing, through the SBC registration system, however payments by debit and bank slip (boleto banc\u00e1rio) will be closed on November 3rd, 2023. After that date it will be possible to pay only by credit card, commitment note, and billing through the registration system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registrations by Commitment Note and Billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The participant must access the ECOS system and make the registration, selecting the form of payment \u201ccommitment note\u201d or \u201cbilling\u201d and clicking on pay. The system will provide the necessary information that must appear in the commitment note or billing request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Until October 20th, 2023, a refund of 80% of the amount paid for registration in SBGames can be made. After this date there will be no refund of any amount paid. The policy applies both to canceling registration and to canceling any additional activity. To request cancellation, send an e-mail to faturamento@sbc.org.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
